Pompadour Lingerie uses Paypal secure invoicing for all payments

 

All Pompadour Lingerie garments are hand-made to order, just for you, in Harpenden, England. And 

are presented in beautiful gift boxes.

 

 

 

Your order will be processed, hand-crafted, and delivered within 7-21 working days,

from receipt of your payment.

 

A confirmation email will be sent to you on dispatch of your purchase.

 

 

Your parcel will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery™ Next Day, which will require a signature on receipt, for all UK orders. There will be a standard charge of £5.00 for the postage and packing on all UK orders.

European and International deliveries will be sent via Royal Mail Airsure® plus International Signed For™ which will require a signature on receipt and usually take up to 5 days. We have found that some orders to the US can take up to 10 days. There will be a postage and packing charge of £8.00-£12.00 depending on which country.

Your order may be subject to customs or import duties which are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

Pompadour Lingerie cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to parcels once they have been dispatched.

If you wish to cancel your order please do so via email within 72 hours of your initial order and we will cancel the process for you.

At Pompadour Couture Lingerie we would like you to be delighted each time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.

All Pompadour Couture Lingerie products are made from delicate fabrics, and come with detailed care instructions to help you keep them as beautiful as when you received them. Please refer to these to ensure your Pompadour Lingerie items remain pristine for as long as possible.

Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of lingerie unless faulty and returned within 14 days of receipt.

 

Bespoke orders are non-returnable.

 

Please email us stating your order, and if a refund or exchange is preferred. We will then reply with an address to send your return to.

We suggest that you ask for a receipt of postage from the post office, this is a free service that the post office provides and proves that your item has been sent, as we cannot accept any responsibilities for goods lost or damaged in transit.
